We are always attracted towards unhealthy food as it is so beautifully coloured, made into shapes etc. What it appears is not what it does to our body. There are many or else we can say almost all the ingredients with which is made do have tremendous unwanted effect in our body. I have included very few items in this video with its main harmful ingredients.
