How To Give Yourself A Dupixent Injection!!

Hey everyone! I hope this video helps some of you to give yourself injections. This is a Dupixent shot and has a resistance plunger so it does take a little longer than most injections. This injection can be done on your stomach (2 inches away from your belly button), top of the thigh or in the back of your arm with a caregiver’s assistance. I personally prefer my thigh or stomach. This is not the case for everyone. Try it in every spot and see what works best for you! I sometimes prefer to have a caregiver do it in my arm when I am not feeling as brave, but it is important to me to be able to do it myself when necessary.
