“These 3 months have been a tremendous learning journey – learning to portion control and yet enjoy life ,Learning that being hungry for extended period of times is not going to help me lose weight , learning that workout can be fun too . This journey has not been about weight loss – it gave me direction and made me accountable for what was going in my mouth , taught me what mindful eating was about .🙏🏻🙏🏻
In these 3 months , my blood counts improved tremendously and my Steroids were reduced which encouraged me to continue this journey .
My confidence grew and the appreciations I got from friends and relatives made all the efforts worthwhile
The customised diet plans met my weekly busy schedule and I enjoyed eating the variety of delicious meals .My family too got hooked on to the meals and in a way through me started eating healthier .
I was not lethargic anymore , my fitness levels increased weekly and I was active as never before – me and my husband went for 12 km walks or 8 km runs and we still had so my energy left in us to keep going .
It surely has been a transformational journey for me – Transformation in my attitude towards food , transformational in my mental wellbeing .

I used to enjoy the weekly chats, who motivated ,guided and appreciated my efforts . She heard me and where possible favoured my requests.
