Why lotions (and gloves) DON'T help dry skin

In theory, this seems like a good idea: apply lotion before going to bed and then wear gloves to help it absorb into your skin.

This used to be my method for the severely dry, eczema skin on the backs of my hands but the problem was this “solution” never worked.

Part of the problem was the lack of quality of the lotion and the ingredients used.

What I’ve discovered that works, and is extremely effective is to use a Moisturizing Sugar Scrub (watch here for why: ) and then use a high-quality creme to help soothe and clear up my skin.

It’s a game changer when you implement this routine, and stop wasting time, money, and frustration on products that simply don’t work.
