Its a Oil with loads of good ness of Fenugreek Seeds and Garlic.
All you need is –
1. Clean Vessel to heat up the oil
2. Any oil like – Mustard, Coconut or Olive oil. Make sure that its organic and pure
3. A table spoon full of Fenugreek or Maithi Seeds
4. 3 to 4 Cloves of Garlic.
What to do next –
1. Heat up the Oil in the pan and add Fenugreek seeds and crushed Garlic.
2. Bring the whole thing to a boil.
3. Turn off the Flame and let it cool.
4. Transfer in a clean and sterilized bottle.
You can use it everytime you wash your hair. Jut apply and keep for 30 mins or overnight.
You will see a difference in about a month.
Recipe in Hindi –
Apko चाहिए –
1. साफ पतीला तेल को गर्म करने के लिए
2. किसी भी तरह का तेल – सरसों, नारियल या जैतूनतेल। सुनिश्चित करें कि तेल जैविक और शुद्ध है
3. एक भरा चम्मच मेथी बीज
4. 3-4 लहसुन लहसुन की कली।
आगे क्या करना है –
1. पैन में तेल गर्म करें और मेथी के बीज और लहसुन कुचल कर डालें।
2. पूरे मिक्सचर को उबाल लें ।
3. Gas Stove को बंद करें और इसे ठंडा।
4. एक स्वच्छ और sterilized बोतल में डालें।
आप इसे हर बार बाल धोने से पहले लगाएं और कम से कम 30 मिनट्स के लिए रखें या फिर रात भर के लिए लगा कर छोड़ दे |
