Assalam-o-Alaikum! Today I am making Falsa Juice in my kitchen. This is the easy recipe of Falsay ka Juice which I personally make at my home and everyone likes it. It kicks heat and tastes amazing. It is very easy to make so try it out at your home and share your experience in comment section.

Written Recipe:
Ingredients:
Falsa (Grewia Asiatica) or Sherbet Berry: 250 grams (1 Pao)
Sugar: 4 Tbsps. (Powdered)
Water: 1 Litre (Cold)
Rooh Afza (Rose Syrup) : 4 Tbsps.
Black Salt: 1/2 Tsp.
Method:
In a blender add falsa(Grewia Asiatica or Sherbet Berry), sugar, black salt, water, Rooh Afza (Rose Syrup) and blend well.
Strain with a juice strainer.
Take out in serving glasses and serve chilled.
Falsa juice is good for skin and stomach. It will refresh you in hot summers.
