MYTH 1 – Psoriasis is contagious…wrong! You can’t catch psoriasis. It’s widely believed to be caused by a problem with your immune system.
MYTH 2 – Psoriasis looks the same on everyone…wrong! There are many different types of psoriasis that can look different to each other. The patches can look red, pink, purple or dark brown, and the scales can look grey, white, or silvery.
MYTH 3 – Psoriasis can’t be treated…wrong! Psoriasis can be managed with creams and ointments like ours. However, there is no cure.
