Hey guys! I have suffered secretly from a severe form of psoriasis for the past 5-6 years now. It has taken over my life and hindered me from living my life and cause unquantifiable levels of emotional and mental grief that has quite literally destroyed my sense of self confidence over the years.
Living with autoimmune dermatitis conditions is a battle, but in sharing our experiences, we can create a supportive community to hopefully help one another in this journey. I realized in my own experience, that while UVB phototherapy is a well known treatment route for psoriasis and eczema amongst other skin conditions, it is often not recommended by dermatologists in my area simply because there are only a handful of doctors with light therapy clinics. I hope to spread the word on the treatment that literally gave me my life back. I hope you guys enjoy!
