Dizziness:

• Brain processes information from our eyes, ears and nervous
system
• This helps maintain our body’s balance
• The processing of this information gets affected due to the lack
of blood supply to the brain

Symptoms to look for:

• Fainting sensation
• Loss of vision
• Blind spots
• Headache
• Slow or irregular pulse
• Light headedness
• Pain in eye
• Ringing noise in the ears
• Weakness

Causes:

• Low blood pressure
• Vomiting
• Fever
• Diarrhoea
• Dehydration
• Low blood sugar
• New spectacles
• Rapid motion
• Injury

Natural home remedy using lemon and sugar:

In case one suffers from low blood sugar,
1. Take 1 glass water
2. Squeeze half a lemon
3. Add 2 tsp of sugar
4. Mix well
5. Drink this to stabilise the blood sugar

Natural home remedy using nutmeg powder and cumin seeds:

1. Take 1 tsp of nutmeg powder
2. Add 1 tsp of cumin powder
3. Mix well
4. Have this 3 times a day
5. This is useful if you suffer from periodic bouts of dizziness

Natural home remedy using Indian gooseberry and coriander seeds:

1. Consume vitamin A and C rich fruits like Indian gooseberry.
2. Cut 2 Indian gooseberries into small pieces
3. De-seed and crush them to a paste
4. Add 1 glass of water
5. Add 2 tsp of coriander seeds
6. Allow it to soak overnight
7. Strain and drink the water next morning
