As a classical homoeopathic practitioner, I will not suggest anybody to use any external creams especially medicated external creams for eczema as this may give you a temporary relief but in the long run it is not going to give you the expected results. When the eczema lesions are very dry we can use a non-medicated moisturising creams and avoid taking bath in very hot water as this may still further dry your lesions and after taking bath it is good to use a moisturiser within 3 minutes which helps in retaining the moisture content of your skin very well.
