1/4 cup Oats
1 ripe Banana
1 cup Water
How to :
Blend the oats until mostly fine and powdery.
Bring 1 cup of water to boil then add oats.
Cook until the mixture is thick and creamy.
Mash Banana and combine with oats.
Oats high in fiber, calcium, protein, iron and zinc.
