Have you ever wondered how honey is extracted from honeycomb? Whether you’re a fan of honey or a beekeeper yourself, have a look at my tutorial on how I harvest honey from my own hives. In this video, I show how I uncap the honey, then spin the honey out with an extractor, filter the honey, allow it to settle, and then bottle it up in jars. I keep two colonies of ‘British Black’ honeybees on the Isle of Man and share more info on extracting honey here:
