There is no complete cure for this. It can only be controlled by cheap medications or most expensive medications like biologics. Anything you use is only to control the condition. You cannot cure the condition. It will always continue to be there. There will be remissions and exacerbations induced by weather, stress and so many other factors which will worsen it or reduce it. Methotrexate is still the cheapest method to treat psoriasis. Anything other than that like immuno suppressants, biologics or immuno photo therapy are little expensive.
