★Teeth Care Rinses★
→Hydrogen Peroxide & Baking Soda
Ingredients & directions: Brush your teeth as usual first. Make the paste very thin and not gritty (a little baking soda and extra peroxide). Rub the paste onto your teeth with your fingers for about 30 seconds, then rinse well.
→Coconut Oil Pulling
Ingredients & directions: Simply put a spoonful of coconut oil in your mouth and swish it between your teeth for five to 20 minutes (after you let it turn to liquid), or add a few drops to your toothbrush and brush it on.
your mouth out with water or a hydrogen peroxide rinse. You could even brush again with non-fluoride toothpaste.
Rotate each one BUT try using only one for at least a month to ensure it works!
