*What supplements every man should be taking*
Are you thinking about adding supplements to your daily routine? Well, you’re not alone. According to a 2019 Harris Poll survey, more than 86% of Americans take vitamins and/or supplements, and that’s just in the United States. Since it’s assumed to be true that nearly everyone could benefit by taking some form of supplement, people the world over take all sorts of supplements for nearly every possible reason, and the supplement industry caters to these needs. This multi-billion dollar industry is driven by consumer demand, and in some countries like the United States, the supplement industry itself drives further demand by advertising their products. With this cycle, it’s safe to say that the profitable supplement industry isn’t going away any time soon, and with additional research, development, and peer-review studies, there may be breakthroughs just over the horizon.
The real question should be, do you need any supplements at all?
In this video, I’ll be discussing what supplements are, which supplements I take and why, and how, with your Doctor’s consent, these supplements may be beneficial to your overall health goals.
I’ll also discuss some of the side effects of supplements as well as why you need to be vigilant on what you take and the dosage. This is especially important because of possible liver and kidney damage amongst other concerns.
In addition to these 8 supplements that I take, I’ll share with you my recipe for the “Siempre Viva” shake.
